Greenhome.com, recently featured on NBC’s The Today Show, is #1 on Google when you search for “green products” or “environmental products” and is the only green e-commerce site ever nominated for a Webby Award. Green Home has also been recognized by both Environmental Defense and Earth Charter USA for its rigorous Product Approval Policy, and is the Official Greener for several events, including Go Green Expo. Lawrence Comras was one of the first environmentalists to practice “greening,” and his pioneering use of the term has led to Green Home being referenced in Wikipedia as the example of greening.

Mr. Comras has addressed U.S. and international audiences at several prominent institutions and conferences, including the University of California's Education for Sustainable Living Program, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Fox News, Solfest, and several others. He has also lectured on technology and the environmental movement at M.I.T. and LOHAS, and has written articles on the intersection of technology and ecology for the Los Angeles Times.
