In this position he helps the utility explore new opportunities in the renewable energy and conservation markets. His responsibilities include finding solar, energy efficiency and other renewable projects to help meet the New Jersey Energy Master Plan objectives.

Andrew Zumwalt-Hathaway

Andy Hathaway was the first LEED Accredited Professional in New York and the sixth in the United States. Currently, Andy is the Director of Sustainability Consulting for Steven Winter Associates, a firm that has been helping built projects achieve energy efficiency and high performance benchmarks for over 35 years. In addition to his seven years with SWA, he has also worked for HOK and Davis Langdon in New York. Andy has ten years experience working with LEED on a wide variety of building types including transportation, healthcare, education, multi-family and commercial office spaces. Andy is currently working on several LEED projects including an Academic Building renovation for Johns Hopkins University, a new visual and performing arts center for the University of Chicago and a 5th Avenue Hotel in NYC. He is a graduate from the Department of Architecture and Environmental Design at Parsons School of Design in Manhattan.

Prior to joining Tishman, Mr. Bowman founded and was chairman of the Unique Infrastructure Group, LLC, which provided specialty brokerage and real estate advisory services for multi-market, uptime critical data, energy, and telecom facilities. Mr. Bowman held the position of Broker, Consultant, energy solutions provider and Construction Manager to major companies such as Citigroup, Sprint, AOL, Global Crossing, Time Warner, Yahoo, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Road Runner. Mr. Bowman consulted or built trading floors, energy facilities, and data centers in London, Frankfurt, Milan, Luxembourg, Tokyo, Paris, China (Shanghai Exchange), South America (23 Cities), and Johannesburg, South Africa.

Sean Darras

Sean has experience in both the sustainable real estate investment and energy industries. Most recently, Mr. Darras worked as a full-time Project Engineer at one of Philadelphia's largest energy companies, where he was routinely responsible for the successful execution of multi-million dollar projects. Following a great interest in the new Green Economy, Sean joined GREENandSAVE in April of 2009 after successfully completing the GREENandSAVE Certified Home Efficiency Consulting program along with the RESNET Certified Energy Auditor program. Sean has gone on to also achieve certification from BPI and earn LEED AP status. As a skilled craftsman and a mechanical engineer, Sean brings a deep understanding of the unique requirements necessary to differentiate a building project from a Green building project. At GREENandSAVE Sean is responsible for supporting the Optimization Services Group as well as the Eco Academy. Sean graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Mechanical Engineering
