*Bryan R. Lentz
Rep. Bryan Lentz (D-161, Delaware) was first elected to the Pa. House of Representative in 2006 and has dedicated his life to public service. He is a fourth generation Army veteran and after graduating from Valley Forge Military Academy and College in 1984, Bryan received a full Army scholarship to attend Georgetown University.
He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Infantry in 1986. After completing the Infantry Officers Basic Course (IOBC) and U.S. Army Ranger School, Bryan was assigned to the Second Battalion of the 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, NC.

*Leilani Munter
Leilani Munter is a professional race car driver and environmental activist. She holds a bachelors degree in biology specializing in ecology, behavior and evolution from the University of California San Diego. Since 2007, Leilani has been adopting an acre of rainforest for every race she runs and is a long time vegetarian and eco activist. She is the first Ambassador of the National Wildlife Federation and is politically active in the legislative fight for the environment. She has made several visits to Capitol Hill to speak with members of Congress on behalf of clean energy and climate change legislation.

Andrew Kleeman
Andrew Kleeman is currently a Vice President and the PA Region General Manager with Mercury Solar Systems. Prior to Mercury, Andrew was the founder and managing partner of Eos Energy Solutions, a leading PA solar integrator which was also a founding B-Corp company. With its sister company in California, Eos designed and installed over 100 solar systems, ranging in size up to 1/4 megawatt. In early 2010, Eos merged with Mercury Solar Systems, creating the most experienced full service solar company on the east coast.
Andrew is a passionate advocate of sustainability and re-urbanization, with a 25 year background in building sciences, energy, and investment real estate. He is a frequent public speaker on the necessity and value of solar power. Andrew has taught construction and commercial building systems classes at Temple University, and has served on the Boards of the Greater Philadelphia Board of Realtors and the PA Association of Accredited Building Inspectors. He currently serves of the Board of Directors of the Next American City.

Bradford Rand is the President/CEO of Go Green Expo LLC, Job Expo International, WWD Fashion Career Expo and RAND Luxury Inc. Bradford and his talented team have produced over 700 trade shows, job fairs and special events over the last 15 years spanning a multitude of industries. His philanthropic charity events include the Red Cross Benefit & City Harvest; an organization that feeds the hungry of New York. He, like many others were inspired by Al Gore's Inconvenient Truth and realize in his home city of Manhattan there was no event to showcase earth-friendly products & services. Thus, Go Green Expo was born and in April of 2008, the inaugural show featured 250+ exhibits, 50+ speakers, an eco-film festival and nearly 10,000 participants.

Chason Hecht is an advocate and innovator of employee retention strategies. He is a popular speaker, the publisher of Employee Retention News, and the founder of Retensa, a firm dedicated to addressing the social and economic impact of employee turnover. Before founding Retensa, Mr. Hecht led IT strategy and integration projects for Keane, Inc., a global e-business consulting firm for the Fortune 500. Mr. Hecht helped leading companies in finance, technology, and entertainment in the US and Europe, delivering over $40 million in information systems. In 1997 he co-founded privatesource.com, a web-based retailer, and one of the first to provide a completely graphical user experience. There, he led Site Design, Architecture, and Business Development.

Christine Knapp
As the Director of Outreach for PennFuture, Christine Knapp manages advocacy communications to activists and to coalition partners, and recruits volunteers to engage in campaigns. Knapp is also the coordinator for the Next Great City initiative, which is working to implement a common sense, cost effective policy agenda for Philadelphia. She also serves on the Mayor’s Sustainability Advisory Board to help implement Greenworks Philadelphia.

Christopher Johnston
Christopher is the Head of Forwards Markets and Trading at SRECTrade.com. Founded by five Stanford GSB graduates, SRECTrade is the leading online marketplace for Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs) matching buyers and sellers in a monthly auction and live forwards exchange. SRECTrade supports solar development by maximizing the value of SRECs and offering the tools to best sell or hedge SREC values.
Prior to SRECTrade, Christopher co-founded a solar finance company, offering residential customers solar panels with no upfront costs and guaranteed lower electrical costs. He has a deep understanding of common solar financing methods (Power Purchase Agreement, Solar Lease and Flip Structures), derivatives and secondary markets trading with a experience trading on the PHLX, CBOT and CME.

Between 1996-2002, David was the Director for PennPIRG, where he led environmental, consumer, and good government campaigns. In June of 2002, David became the Director of PennEnvironment.

Elinor R. Haider
Ms. Haider serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Chi Sage Systems, an early stage energy efficiency company with a sewage-based heat pump technology that reduces HVAC costs in large commercial buildings by up to 75%.
Prior to joining Chi Sage Systems, Ms. Haider worked for 15 years in the field of economic development, most recently serving Philadelphia’s Mayor Michael A. Nutter as the Chief of Staff for the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. Her expertise includes structuring complex public-private real estate transactions, for which she has raised over $100 million in new resources including grant, debt and securitization programs, and the City of Philadelphia’s first-time award of New Markets Tax Credits.
Ms. Haider holds a MBA in real estate finance from the Wharton School and a MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She is currently one of 22 fellows of the Transatlantic Cities Network through the German Marshall Fund.

Jan Marie Rushforth
Jan Marie Rushforth is a Partner of Rushforth Solar LLC, which designs and installs commercial scale Solar Hot Water systems and High Efficiency Hot Water Heaters for buildings that use lots of hot water in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Rushforth Solar won a Green Power Pioneer award from Penn Future and a grant from TRF/ Sustainable Development Fund. Jan was a recent Haverford Township Commissioner, is Vice President of Darby Creek Valley Association and past President, and is on the Haverford Environmental Advisory Committee. Jan earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Education and was in the first class of women at Rutgers.

Kira Costanza
Kira Costanza is the Director of External Relations at SunPower Builders, her family’s 38-year-old, solar and green design-build firm outside of Philadelphia. Kira manages PR, marketing and other communications work at SunPower, as well as business development. Kira is an engaged member of the local and regional solar communities, actively participating in policy advocacy as a Board Member of MSEIA, a member of the Governor’s Solar Working Group and an active participant in other stakeholder meetings and associations.
In addition to her work at SunPower Builders, Kira is the founder and Executive Director of SunPower Afrique, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to connect Microfinance Institutions (MFI) and small businesses to solar PV systems in Togo, West Africa. This project stems from Kira’s work on the ground with an MFI in 2008 as a fellow for Kiva Microfunds.
Prior to her work in the solar industry, Kira worked with the Outreach team at the International Peace Institute (IPI,) a peace and security policy think-tank at the United Nations in New York, and supported research and advocacy to the UN as an intern with the International Crisis Group’s Africa Program.
Kira received her BA from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec with a concentration in Cultural Studies and Political Science, specializing in Developing Areas. Having lived, studied and worked in Quebec, France and West Africa, she speaks fluent French.

Lauren Hierl
Lauren is the Arctic Refuge Campaign Director for the Alaska Wilderness League, where she manages all aspects of the campaign to secure the strongest possible protection for the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Arctic Refuge, and numerous celebrations are planned across the country throughout 2010. Additionally, the League is working closely with officials in Congress and the Administration to try to protect the Refuge's unparalleled wilderness values.
